How it works

1. 1Upload a resume. One resume is the starting point for every tailored version.
2. 2Matching. It crawls company career sites daily. The site lists more than 1.4 million active roles, including companies like Anthropic, NVIDIA and Stripe.
3. 3Tailor and apply. For each role it writes a tailored resume, cover letter and answers, then fills out the employer's form.
4. 4Approve or autopilot. Approve applications one by one, or turn on Autopilot within your plan's monthly limit.
