Make your own AI influencer in two steps
Reel 28 · full breakdown · October 11, 2026
THE 60-SECOND VERSION
- Characters with a strange, readable silhouette (wild hair, big features, vintage suits) are getting tens of millions of views by dancing to trending moves.
- You can make one in two steps: design it in Higgsfield AI Influencer, then give it a dance video.
- Mine cost about 195 credits in total: 12 character sheets, one 480p draft and one 1080p final. Most of that is the 1080p video.
- Use a dance clip you are allowed to use, and label the post as AI-generated.

The trend
@jean_philanthrope
Blonde bob, curled moustache, tweed suit, dancing in the street. First Instagram post Sep 17, 2026; 12 posts and about 243K followers by Oct 11; his most-played video is at about 37 million plays.
Is it AI?: Widely reported as an AI character. The account itself has not said so, so I don't state it as fact.
@abu.shalab
White thobe, black bob, big moustache, dancing on a stage. One TikTok (Sep 25) is at about 26.6 million views.
@miltonbumford
Red bowl cut, round glasses, tweed suit. One Instagram reel (Sep 28) is at about 7.5 million plays. His bio says the account is AI and made with Higgsfield.

What I paid
Character sheets
12 sheets × 1.12 = about 13.4 credits (4 that missed, 8 for the final pick).
480p draft (12 s)
36 credits. Enough to check that the moves transfer.
1080p final (12 s, high bitrate)
144 credits. Only after the draft looked right.
For comparison: Genjutsu (12 s)
84 credits for one 12-second motion transfer.

The exact steps I took for the character in the reel. Step 1 is the look; step 2 makes it move.
How it works
- 1Open AI Influencer and pick a tier. There are three human tiers (Normal, Bold, Total) plus animals (cats, dogs, frogs, birds…). Bold unlocks the strange options. I used Bold.
- 2Pick traits that read from far away. The viral ones are recognisable from their silhouette alone. Mine: Hair wings (a bob whose sides flare out), platinum blonde, very tall, slim build, long limbs, long head and neck, close-set eyes, a big potato nose, brush brows, a pencil moustache, Suits style. You can also add a one-line description; mine asked for a vintage brown houndstooth tweed suit and striped tie.
- 3Make 4 sheets at once and compare. Each sheet is a face close-up next to a full-body shot. My first batch (soft-serve swirl hair) looked like a costume, not a character, so I changed the hair, nose and height and ran 4 more of two hair types. I picked one with wide wing hair.
- 4Get a dance video. Full body in frame, camera mostly still, simple background, 10 to 15 seconds. Trim it to the best moves; you pay per second. Use your own clip or one you have the rights to.
- 5Run a 480p draft. In Seedance 2.5 I set the mode to reference, attached the character sheet and the dance video, 9:16, 12 seconds, draft on, sound off. The prompt is below. Check the moves, the hair shape and the face before spending more.
- 6Finalize at 1080p. Upgrade the same draft to 1080p (high bitrate). The motion stays the same, the detail goes up.
- 7Edit and post. Cut it to the beat, add your caption, and turn on the AI label on Instagram (AI info) and TikTok (AI-generated).
Example
The prompt I used for the dance video (Seedance 2.5, reference mode, with the character sheet + the dance clip attached)
Recreate the reference video exactly: same shadow-boxing dance moves, same timing, same handheld camera framing, same sunny city sidewalk with apartment buildings and crosswalk. Replace the dancer with the character from the reference image: an extremely tall, lanky man with a huge platinum blonde bob whose sides flare out wide and flat like stiff wings, dark center roots, bushy brows, pale grey eyes, a very large bulbous nose, thin pencil moustache and small chin tuft, brown houndstooth double-breasted suit, white shirt, brown striped tie, brown suede loafers. Photorealistic, natural daylight, sharp detail.
Swap the character description for yours. Describe the outfit in detail; the model holds it better.
Good to know
- Rights: Higgsfield's terms say you need permission for other people's likeness and work you put in. Your own dance clip is the safest.
- Hair shapes can shrink in motion (my wings came out a bit smaller than on the sheet). Exaggerate the trait in the description.
- Keep the outfit simple to describe; busy patterns flicker more.
- Clips in the reel are credited to @jean_philanthrope, @abu.shalab and @miltonbumford.
