    1. MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display (14" and 16")

      Touch for the first time on a Mac. A tandem OLED screen Apple calls PROLED XDR (each pixel makes its own light, so black is truly black), and the Dynamic Island on the Mac. M5 Pro or M5 Max.

      Price & availability (U.S.): From $2,899 (14-inch) and $3,399 (16-inch). Pre-order Oct 28, available Nov 6.

      Reported: Outlets report that the Apple logo on the lid glows again. Apple's announcement doesn't mention it.

      The new M6 chip in the 14-inch. Same Liquid Retina XDR (mini-LED) screen: no touch, no OLED. Up to 24 hours of battery.

      M6 in the same 24-inch 4.5K design, in seven colours. Apple says up to 5x faster on-device AI than M4.

    1. iPad mini

      Apple's biggest iPad mini update: an 8.5-inch OLED screen in the same footprint, A20 Pro, IP67 water and dust resistance, 5.4 mm thin. Ships with iPadOS 27 and Siri AI.

    1. Apple Creator Studio

      Final Cut Pro for Mac now includes MotionVFX built in. Logic Pro gets a new intelligent assistant (beta).

      Price & availability: A free update for existing subscribers this November. New: $12.99/month or $129/year.

    2. Siri AI in more languages

      Siri AI (beta) now works in Japanese, French, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish, with the 27.2 updates.

      Availability: Free, in beta, with daily limits on some features. Apple says expanded access will cost a fee in the future. Not in the EU on iOS, iPadOS or watchOS.
